Join Kurdish Progress Team
The Centre for Kurdish Progress now offers internships.
The London-based Centre for Kurdish Progress is an independent, non-partisan, non-profit organisation inaugurated in June 2014 with a focus on Kurdistan and Kurdish people both in the UK and abroad. Current events across the Middle East, the crises in Syria and Iraq and the threat of Islamic State (IS) have brought ever-greater significance to the Kurdish issue, making a working knowledge of it a critical point of interest to observers, commentators and analysts of the region’s present situation.
Our organisation operates with the support of volunteers and interns as we do not receive any funding from any governmental body or private organisations. We offer our interns and volunteers an opportunity to gain practical experience in Kurdish political affairs. Internships are offered in areas of communications, events organisation, press relations, fundraising and research.
Internships are for periods of minimum 3 months. Duration and schedule of internships are designed according to availability and skills of candidates. If you are unable to commit 3 months, you may like to volunteer for us. Do email us to find more about volunteering with us.
Please send your CV and a brief cover letter to firstname.lastname@example.org
All welcome to apply. Internship applications will be considered according to the skills of the candidates. All candidates must be aged 18 or over and eligible to work in the United Kingdom. Internships are unpaid.
